First, make sure that you have connected your bank account directly using Stripe.
Disbursements happen every Monday, and you will see the available balance reflected in your Stripe account.
To set automatic payouts to your bank account, you can manage your Stripe "Payout schedule" settings at https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payouts
Here, you can set an "Automatic" schedule for daily, weekly, or monthly lump-sum payouts to your bank account. If you want to do it manually, select "Manual".
